Bangin' Spicy Salmon

An easy and delicious meal using simple ingredients. Ready in minutes in your air fryer or oven. A salmon meal to help with meal preps and dinners.

⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
4 (5 ounce) salmon fillets
cooking spray
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion, or to taste


Step 1
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2
For the sauce, in a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, chili sauce and Sriracha together until well blended.

Step 3
Spread 1 tablespoon sauce over the top of each salmon fillet. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.

Step 4
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place fillets in the air fryer basket with the sauce facing up.

Step 5
Cook for about 10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Step 6
Place the cooked salmon over steamed rice, thinly sliced cucumber, onions, carrots and avocado pieces. Drizzle salmon with extra sauce and sprinkle green onion over top.
