At Super King Markets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policies and exchange guidelines below.

3-Day Window

Returns and exchanges must be made no later than 3 days from the date of purchase.

Receipt Required

A valid original receipt is required for all returns and/or exchanges.

Original Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition. Non-food items must be in original, unopened packaging.

General Return Policy & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be made no later than 3 days from the date of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: A valid / original receipt is required for all returns and/or exchanges.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Non-food items should be in their original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges of the following items cannot and will not be accepted:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Lottery tickets
  • Items marked "final sale" or "as is"
  • Baby foods and infant formula*
Note: Although returns are prohibited, baby formula that was purchased using WIC benefits may be exchanged for the exact same formula if it is damaged/dented and not expired.

Refund Methods & Limitations

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment that was used at the time of purchase.

EBT and Credit Card Purchases: Cash refunds are not available for items that were purchased using EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) or credit card.

EBT & Credit Card Refunds

  • SNAP EBT Purchases: If an item purchased using SNAP EBT is returned, the refund will be credited back to the card used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are not allowed for SNAP EBT purchases.
  • Must Present Card: If a purchase made using an EBT or credit card qualifies for a refund, the card used during the original transaction must be presented in order for the refund to be processed.

WIC Purchases — Exchange Only

Refunds are not allowed for any items purchased using WIC benefits. However, with a valid receipt, an item purchased using WIC benefits may be exchanged only for the exact same item.
