Super King Market is committed to conducting its business in a lawful and ethical manner. This includes compliance with all laws involving slavery and human trafficking. Super King Market expects that its vendors also conduct themselves in such a manner. It is Super King Market's expectation that their vendors shall not use any form of slavery or human trafficking in their supply chains. It is also Super King Market's expectation that all of their vendors must take appropriate action when they become aware that any subcontractor used in the manufacturing or distribution of any product sold to Super King Market does not comply with the same standards.

Super King Market does not currently verify or audit directly, or through third parties, its vendor or vendor subcontractor facilities used to manufacture, process, or distribute merchandise.

Super King Market does not currently conduct training on human trafficking and slavery for company employees, management, or contractors or establish specific internal accountability standards for them.

If Super King Market is aware of any violation of the foregoing standards and/or applicable laws, Super King Market will take appropriate measures to ensure future compliance, including obtaining written certifications of such compliance.
