 Create your Royal Rewards account on the AppCard website.
 2) Click Get Started.
 3) Sign up or login to your account. Enter email password and press submit.
 4) Enter your phone number or existing Royal Rewards card number to link your existing points with your Royal Rewards online account.

 Yes, internet and/or data is required to access your Royal Rewards online account.
 No, you do not need the app; however, the app will provide you with some very useful  information. You can view your points and rewards.  You can also update your account  information and customize your profile for customized offers.
You can earn Royal Rewards points without a mobile phone or email. You can get a  Royal  Rewards card at any Super King Markets location.  However, if you loose the card we will not be able to track any of the points that were on that card. You will need to re- open a new card. We recommend that you use your mobile phone or email to open a Royal Rewards card so we can track your points in case the card is lost.
Yes, your points follow you to whichever Super King Markets location you shop at. Please review terms and conditions for further information - https://appcard.com/terms-of-service/.
Yes, your Royal Rewards card and mobile number is accepted at all Super King Markets locations.
Yes, Promotions within the program are subject to change, your points will expire after 90 days from last purchase.
Every purchase will earn you points except for Alcohol, Nicotine, and Lottery purchases. Taxes are also excluded. Every $1 spent is equivalent to 1 point.
There is no limit to the points you can earn per day or transaction.
Yes, you can easily update your email address with a couple of easy steps.  Log into your Royal Rewards account on https://appcard.com/. Follow the instructions and enter your new email. You will receive a confirmation email.
We are unable to give you points for a past transaction where a phone number or Royal Rewards card was not presented. Your phone number or Royal Rewards card must be provided/scanned at the time of purchase to receive points. Have your mobile phone number or Royal Rewards card ready when checking out.
Please trigger the password reset process from the login screen by clicking 'Forgot Password' at https://appcard.com/.
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. The link will expire within 2 hours of being sent.

Modification of Program Policy

Super King Markets reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Royal Rewards program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Member's continued participation in the Royal Rewards Program, including use of its account, points and/or any Royal Rewards coupons shall indicate members acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Cancellations and Termination Policy

Super King Markets maintains the right to terminate the Royal Rewards program at any time. Upon termination of Royal Rewards, member will forfeit any inactivated points and/or rewards on their account.
