BBQ Chicken and corn nachos

Black-eyed Pea bowl

Directions: In a large skillet, cook onions, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper, then add black-peas, tomato's, and mushrooms. Cook until desired, then add cooked brown rice to bowl and add all ingredients on top to serve. | |
Vegetable kabobs

Directions: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place all cut ingredients into a large bowl add olive oil, salt and pepper, then toss. Thread ingredients onto the skewers. Lay kabobs on grill and cook. Using tongs, flip kabobs to the other side and cook. | |
Surf & Turf

Directions: In a small skillet, sauté garlic along with olive oil. Combine parsley, green onions, thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper, butter, and cayenne. In a small skillet with garlic and prepared mix cook shrimp over medium heat. In a separate skillet place steaks along with pepper over medium heat, cook steaks in oil until meat reaches desired. |
