This easy and refreshing appetizer is perfect for your summer gatherings!
Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe (4 pounds for .99c)
16 thin slices prosciutto
Directions:
Cut top and bottom off cantaloupe, stand cantaloupe upright on one of the cut ends. Peel cantaloupe, then cut in half. Scoop seeds out using a spoon and discard. Cut each lengthwise into 8 shaped wedges.
Wrap a prosciutto slice around the middle of each cantaloupe. Arrange on a serving tray and serve.
