Blueberry, Quinoa & Granola Snack

Are you looking for a healthy, yet something different? Awesome! Blueberry, quinoa & Granola snack will make your day! It's so simple to to make. Here's how: 


1 cup Quinoa (cook as mentioned on packaging) 

2 cups fresh Blueberries

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt  

1/4 cup Almonds 

1/4 cup Granola 

2 tablespoons honey 

Whipped cream (optional) 

 Directions: Cook quinoa as directed on packaging. Remove from heat and let cool. Combine, granola, quinoa, honey, Greek yogurt, and almonds. Top with fresh blueberries and whipped cream (optional).
