Homemade Cranberry Granola

Cranberry Granola Breakfast

Fall is in the air! Looking for a quick, yet simple breakfast? Have a healthier breakfast with these simple ingredients which you can find all of them at Super King Markets! 

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup honey (raw) 
• 1/2 cup coconut oil 
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
• 1 cup dried cranberries 

Instructions: 
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees, while preheating line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine oats, pumpkin seeds in a bowl. In a saucepan, add pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, while whisking all ingredients. Immediately pour over oat mixture and stir to coat well. Add all ingredients onto baking sheet that was previously prepared and bake for 30 mins. After 30 mins let cool, once cool toss in cranberries and walnuts and granola is ready to eat.
