12 slices of thick cut bacon
12 wooden skewers
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a large baking sheet. Thread each slice of bacon onto a skewer, place bacon onto baking sheet. First cook bacon for about 25 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 minutes. In a separate bowl combine chocolate chips and olive oil. Heat in microwave for 15 seconds and stir, place into microwave for another 15 seconds and stir again. Coat each side of bacon with chocolate mix. Place into refrigerator for about 30 mins and serve.
